Job summary

Talent is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our technology team in Manchester. You will lead the analysis and delivery of integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms and third-party systems, turning business needs into practical technical solutions.

You will work with stakeholders and developers to define requirements, create user stories, data mappings and API improvements, ensuring security and governance considerations are integrated into every project.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex integration projects across enterprise systems.
• Ability to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data mappings and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and delivery of integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings and process maps.
• Analyse data flows and system interactions to improve automation and data quality.
• Work with developers, testers and architects to deliver effective solutions.
• Support API and middleware enhancements and integration technologies.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable and aligned with security and governance.
