Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design, implement and optimize robust, scalable integrations across our application landscape. You will work hands-on with Workato and Azure Integration Services, bridging architectural design with delivery while aligning with RSM’s standards and change outcomes.

The role sits in a federated IT environment, requiring collaboration across decentralised teams to ensure consistent security, reuse, and governance.

Qualifications

Solid integration concepts with REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven design.

Responsibilities

Design integration solutions that align with architectural standards and security frameworks.
Develop, configure and deploy integration workflows, connectors and integrations.
Support federated IT initiatives across decentralised teams to ensure consistency and best-practice adoption.
Peer review integrations to ensure quality, performance and security benchmarks.
Define and maintain integration design templates, reusable components and design patterns.
Translate integration requirements into technical deliverables with change owners and technical teams.
Maximize reuse of MCP services and managed connectors while reducing point-to-point integrations.
Evaluate emerging integration capabilities within the vendor network and support incident resolution and performance optimization.
