Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design and implement robust, scalable integrations across our application landscape. You will work hands-on with Workato and Azure Integration Services, bridging architecture and delivery while ensuring consistency and security across a federated IT model.

You will design reusable patterns, review changes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable integration solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of integration concepts including REST APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services and Workato.
• Ability to design robust integrations with retries, monitoring hooks and happy-path flows.
• Familiarity with data modelling and enterprise objects such as customers, services and employees.
• Experience ensuring auditability, traceability, performance and supportability of integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions aligned with architectural standards and security frameworks.
• Develop, configure and deploy integration workflows, connectors and integrations.
• Collaborate within a federated IT model to align integration approaches across teams.
• Peer review integrations to meet quality, performance and security benchmarks.
• Define and maintain design templates, reusable components and technical guidelines.
• Translate integration requirements into technical deliverables with change owners.
