Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design and implement robust, scalable integrations across our application landscape. You will work hands-on with Workato and Azure Integration Services, bridging architecture with delivery while aligning approaches across decentralised teams.

We value secure, reusable integration patterns and collaboration with change owners to meet performance and security targets within a federated IT environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of integration concepts including REST APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services and Workato.
• Ability to design robust integrations with retry, monitoring and graceful failure.
• Understanding of data models for customers, services and employees.
• Experience with auditability, traceability, performance and scale.
• Ability to communicate risks and trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions aligned with architectural standards and security.
• Develop, configure and deploy integration workflows, connectors and integrations.
• Align integration approaches across federated IT teams for consistency.
• Peer review integrations to ensure quality and security benchmarks.
• Define and maintain design templates, reusable components and guidelines.
• Translate integration requirements into technical deliverables with change owners.
• Maximise reuse of MCP services and managed connectors, reducing point-to-point work.
• Evaluate new integration capabilities and support incident resolution and performance.
