Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design, implement and govern robust integrations across the firm’s application landscape. You will work hands‑on with Workato and Azure Integration Services, bridging architectural design with delivery while promoting consistency, security and best practices across decentralized teams.

Qualifications

• Solid integration concepts including REST, webhooks, event‑driven design and error handling.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Integration Services and Workato building flows and connectors.
• Proven ability to design robust, scalable integrations with security and auditing in mind.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions that align with architectural standards and security frameworks.
• Develop, configure and deploy integration workflows, connectors and integrations.
• Collaborate across federated IT teams to ensure consistency and best‑practice adoption.
• Peer review integrations to ensure quality, performance and security benchmarks.
• Define and maintain design templates, reusable components and technical guidelines.
• Translate integration requirements into technical deliverables with change owners.
• Design integrations maximizing reuse of MCP services and reduce point‑to‑point work.
• Evaluate emerging integration capabilities and support incident resolution for flows.
