Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Senior Integration Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams across ERP, CRM, and data platforms. You will gather, document, and translate integration requirements into scalable, secure solutions to support Sysco's digital transformation.

You will lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders, define interfaces, data mappings, and business rules, and support API design, testing, and deployment to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Integration Business Analyst.
• Ability to gather and document business and functional requirements for integration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, system integration and enterprise landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate integration requirements across ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and analytics platforms.
• Define interfaces, data mappings and business rules; support API and integration design activities.
• Facilitate workshops/interviews/discovery sessions with stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Support SIT/UAT and deployment activities to ensure business adoption.
