Anthropic is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions within the BizTech team. You will translate requirements into specifications, configure systems, and drive scalable automation across the organization.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, documentation, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, efficient systems that support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a tech environment.
• Experience configuring systems, gathering requirements, and translating to technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch.
• Configure and customize business systems including workflows and integrations.
• Manage vendor evaluation, SLAs, and ongoing performance assessment.
• Create and maintain system documentation and process flows.
• Lead knowledge management initiatives and training for end-users.
• Own technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business users.
