Job summary

CACI Ltd is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology, analysing processes, systems and data to enable technology-enabled change. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners to ensure requirements are clear, impacts understood and change is implemented successfully.

You will lead analyses, document requirements, and support design across complex transformation programmes, with a focus on data flows, system integrations and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in complex programmes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to translate needs into system-level specs and user stories.
• Proven capability mapping current and future operating models.
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of data flows, integrations and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of business processes and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, document and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and solution specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and delivery partners on system designs.
• Conduct impact, gap and dependency analyses for technology changes.
• Analyse data flows, systems and information needs to support design.
• Support backlog management, testing and change readiness during delivery.
• Provide leadership within the analysis function and promote best practices.
