Qualifications

• Experience in technical administration or accounting within insurance/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of London Market processes and systems.
• Proven ability to review, audit, and quality-check complex work for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex technical administration tasks with accuracy.
• Review, validate, and approve technical data submissions.
• Prepare and audit technical reports, statements, and reconciliations.
• Oversee data entry, credit control activity, and resolve outstanding issues.
• Provide timely management information to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure records and transactions comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key escalation point for internal teams, brokers, clients, and external partners.
• Mentor junior colleagues to build broader team capability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems and workflows.
