Job summary

Accenture in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager – Insurance Architect to shape digital change for insurers and financial services clients. The role is hybrid with travel within the UK and across Accenture’s UK Insurance & Financial Services practice.

You will lead enterprise & solution architecture workstreams, guide cloud & data strategies, and mentor a team of senior architects across six pillars, with a strong emphasis on AI, GenAI and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology advisory engagements and architecture workstreams within larger programmes, shaping technology solutions for clients.
• Define, shape and deliver enterprise and solution architecture artefacts (current-state, target-state, roadmaps) for Insurance & Financial Services.
• Partner with CIOs, CTOs and Chief Architects to advise on investment decisions and strategic technology directions.
• Support sales, proposals and client presentations, including solution shaping and effort estimation.
