Job summary

Accenture is recruiting technologists to join the Insurance Architecture team within its UK Insurance & Financial Services practice, delivering digital change for leading insurers and platform providers across the UK. The role spans multiple locations and requires mobility and collaboration with CIOs, CTOs and Chief Architects.

As a Solution/Technical Architect, you will contribute across pillars such as Applications, Data and AI, shape enterprise artefacts, and help expand the reference

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology roles with FS/Insurance exposure.
• Knowledge of data architecture concepts incl. data modelling, integration, governance, visualisation and migration; tools such as Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent.
• Ability to solve complex business problems at the intersection of business and technology; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across six pillars with focus on Applications, Integration, Data, AI, Cloud and Cyber Security.
• Define and deliver enterprise and solution architecture artefacts (current/target state, roadmaps, transition states, integration patterns, capability maps).
• Familiarise with and enhance industry reference architecture frameworks used for clients.
• Produce high-quality outputs on engagements, from data integration designs to cloud strategy artefacts and PoCs.
• Build credibility with client stakeholders through clear analysis and presentations; contribute to thought leadership.
• Mentor junior colleagues and help grow the Insurance Architecture team.
