Job summary

Accenture is recruiting for a Manager – Insurance Architect to join our Insurance Architecture team in the UK. The role spans Enterprise and Solution Architecture, cloud strategy, data and AI, with mobility up to 100% and a hybrid work model across Bath, Bristol and London.

You will shape technology solutions for major insurers, advise CIOs/CTOs, and lead architecture workstreams on transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology roles
• Strong working knowledge of architecture concepts
• Experience of integrating multiple systems within an enterprise
• Familiarity with industry platforms (e.g. FNZ, SS&C, Pershing, Guidewire, Sapiens, Duck Creek, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead technology advisory engagements and architecture workstreams across programmes
• Define and deliver enterprise and solution architecture artefacts (current/target state, roadmaps)
• Shape and lead client engagements from cloud strategy to IT roadmaps
• Support sales, proposals and client relationship management
• Mentor and develop Insurance Architecture team
• Contribute to thought leadership in financial services technology
