Accenture is seeking a Manager - Insurance Architect to join the Insurance Architecture team in the UK. The role spans leading technology advisory engagements, shaping enterprise and solution architectures, and delivering artefacts across Insurance and Financial Services.

Hybrid work in London, Bath, or Bristol with UK and occasional international travel. Candidates should bring 7+ years in technology roles, strong architecture knowledge, and experience with integration, data, and AI

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technology roles in Financial Services/Insurance or regulated industries.
Strong working knowledge of architecture concepts in Application and Data domains.
Experience integrating multiple systems within an enterprise estate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with major industry platforms (e.g., FNZ, SS&C, Pershing, Guidewire, Salesforce).
Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead technology advisory engagements and architecture workstreams across large programmes.
Define, shape and deliver enterprise and solution architecture artefacts for Insurance and Financial Services clients.
Develop and enhance industry reference architectures and contribute to thought leadership.
