Placements24 is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join a fully remote team, shaping global learning experiences for diverse audiences. You will translate complex topics into learner-centered courses using Storyline, Captivate, and related tools.

You will collaborate with SMEs, manage multiple projects asynchronously, apply ADDIE/SAM, and measure impact with robust assessments while mentoring junior designers.

Formación

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in designing and developing e-learning and blended learning solutions.
• Proven expertise with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment methodologies.
• Experience managing complex projects remotely and collaborating with SMEs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, interactive modules, and blended learning solutions using industry-standard authoring tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and multimedia developers to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to create effective learning pathways.
• Develop learning objectives, assessments, and evaluation strategies to measure impact.
• Create scripts, storyboards, graphics, audio, and video elements for courses.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design and e-learning technologies.
• Provide guidance to junior instructional designers and contribute to process improvements.
• Conduct needs analyses and learning audits to identify new course opportunities.
