Job summary

Inclusive Employers Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to create accessible adult learning content for virtual and in-person delivery. You will design webinars, workshops, and programmes, storyboard using Articulate Rise, and translate briefs into outcomes with SME input.

The role is part-time (4.5 days/week) with a hybrid base and home-working option. You will collaborate across the Product Team, manage multiple projects, ensure quality, and embed inclusive design throughout

Qualifications

• Strong instructional and learning design skills across adult learning.
• Knowledge of learning theories and evaluation approaches (Kirkpatrick, forgetting curve).
• Experience designing accessible learning for diverse audiences.
• Excellent project management, organization and time management.
• Stakeholder management and ability to work with senior staff.
• Awareness of inclusion and diversity in learning design.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt webinars, workshops, programmes and other learning interventions.
• Storyboard and design accessible, technology-based learning using Articulate Rise.
• Translate briefs from subject matter experts into clear learning outcomes and materials.
• Work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver design work on time within scope and quality expectations.
• Manage multiple projects, including time and revenue considerations where applicable.
• Apply learning principles and build evaluation and impact measurement into design.
• Embed accessibility and inclusive design standards across learning products.
• Keep content current by researching inclusion and diversity trends.
• Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
