Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Senior Insight and Performance Manager to lead our Data Engineering, Analysis and Selections teams and help us become a more insight-led organisation.
Working closely with our Head of Fundraising Data & Operations, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we use data to understand our supporters, identify opportunities for growth and make smarter decisions about where we invest our time and money.
There's a lot to get involved with. From forecasting and audience insight to developing our data platform, improving self-service reporting and helping teams test and learn, you'll connect people, data and ideas to create meaningful change across the organisation.
The salary for this role is £63,600 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
