Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity is seeking a Senior Insight & Performance Manager to lead Data Engineering, Analysis and Selections and drive an insight-led approach across fundraising. You will partner with senior stakeholders to forecast, model, and shape how data informs strategy and campaigns, ensuring results translate into smarter investments and better supporter experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an insight, analytics or data function.
• Experience using analysis and insight to influence business decisions and growth.
• Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, segmentation or audience modelling.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and BI tools.
• Strong SQL skills and data visualisation proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate insight for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Data Engineering, Analysis and Selections teams to deliver trusted data and actionable insight.
• Collaborate with Head of Fundraising Data & Operations to shape priorities and approach.
• Use forecasting and audience insight to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions.
• Evolve data platform and reporting capabilities for self-service access.
• Develop audience selection and targeting capabilities for better donor experiences.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Fundraising, Marketing, Finance and Technology.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture to improve performance.
• Promote data literacy and responsible data governance.
• Ensure data use is secure and governed.
