Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is seeking a Senior Insight and Performance Manager to lead Data Engineering, Analysis and Selections and drive an insight-led approach across the charity. You will forecast, segment and model supporter data to identify growth opportunities and inform fundraising investments.

You will shape data governance, evolve our data platform, and enable colleagues with self-service reporting and actionable insights to improve donor experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an insight, analytics or data function.
• Ability to influence business decisions with data-driven insight.
• Experience with forecasting, segmentation, or audience modelling.
• Strong understanding of modern analytics, reporting and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our Data Engineering, Analysis and Selections teams to deliver trusted data and actionable insight.
• Shape priorities with the Head of Fundraising Data & Operations to define approach to insight and data.
• Use forecasting, predictive analytics, segmentation and audience insight to identify growth opportunities.
• Evolve our data platform and reporting capabilities to empower colleagues with self-service insights.
• Develop audience selection and targeting capability to improve supporter experiences.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Fundraising, Marketing, Finance and Technology to translate challenges into analysis.
• Build a strong test-and-learn culture to improve performance.
• Champion data literacy and ensure responsible data governance and protection.
