Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to shape how we understand, engage and retain customers. In the Retention team you’ll turn complex data into actionable insight that informs stakeholder decisions and improves customer value.

You’ll lead insightful analyses, collaborate with Marketing and Retention, and drive data-led actions in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, with salary aligned to market and experience plus an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytics role experience with commercial focus.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Good SQL skills for querying databases.
• Experience analysing customer behaviour, journeys and retention.
• Ability to tell clear business stories from data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insight and analysis to support customer retention and commercial performance.
• Analyse customer behaviour and retention trends to identify opportunities.
• Explore churn and lifecycle data to improve engagement and value.
• Analyse digital, CRM and customer journey performance for improvements.
• Turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retention and other teams for data-driven decisions.
• Lead analytical deep-dives into emerging business questions.
• Challenge assumptions and support data-driven decision making.
• Measure effectiveness of retention activities and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics approaches.
