Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will oversee planning, execution, and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. A strong track record of delivering large-scale projects and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera P6 are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, schedules, budgets and risks.
• Manage project teams with leadership, guidance and support.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Communicate updates to clients, senior management, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and policies.
• Oversee procurement and management of contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement improvements.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to meet financial targets.
• Champion best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
