Job summary

AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and procurement oversight, with a focus on compliance and continual improvement across multiple large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets and risk strategies.
• Manage project teams with effective leadership and guidance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide clear status updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
• Oversee procurement and management of contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Manage budgets and track expenses to meet financial targets.
• Champion best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
