Job summary

Aureos Capital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom. You will lead the full lifecycle from planning through close, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget, and meeting quality standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, 7–10 years' progressive PM experience in infrastructure, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management within infrastructure.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning, execution, and closing of infrastructure projects.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk management.
• Monitor progress and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage budgets and report on financial performance.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
