Job summary

Aureos is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects from planning through delivery at our Crewe site. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, and risk management while coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives.

You will bring a Civil Engineering or related degree, 7–10 years in infrastructure PM, and preferred PMP certification, with strong leadership and communication to manage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in project management within the infrastructure sector.
  • PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
  • Strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and closing of assigned infrastructure projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, resources, and risk strategies.
  • Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to stay on track.
  • Manage budgets and report financial performance within allocated limits.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Responsibilities:\\*\\* \\* Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closing of assigned infrastructure projects. \\* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. \\* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. \\* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. \\* Manage project budgets, ensuring financial expenditures are within allocated limits and reporting on financial performance. \\* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. \\* Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. \\* Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management. \\* Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. \\* Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary. \\* Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. \\* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Job Qualifications:\\*\\* \\* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
