Qualifications

• Experienced in effectively managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Full project lifecycle knowledge and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and time / priority management skills.
• Highly capable in stakeholder management.
• Proven problem solver and positive working relationship builder.
• Knowledgeable in contract administration, NEC contracts.
• Hold or be working towards a PM qualification with APM or RICS or similar.
• Experience in regulated environments preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans with timelines, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks and issues.
• Manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
• Maintain communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Produce monthly reports including project programmes and risk registers.
• Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
• Develop delivery plans for projects and ensure objectives are met.
• Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
• Constantly pursue performance improvement.
