Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager in its Secure Government division to lead defined work packages and small-to-medium projects. You will work directly with clients to shape delivery approaches and manage risks, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes across infrastructure transformation.

The role requires strong leadership, solid governance, and an ability to analyse data and report clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality for clients.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and delivery tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead defined work packages or small–to–medium projects.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Work directly with clients to shape delivery approaches.
• Manage risks and dependencies across delivery activities.

• Represent the Transformation Solution Practice and build client confidence.
