Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a driven Programme/Project Manager to provide governance across the full project lifecycle. You will develop plans with timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones, advise clients on cost, risks, and issues, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes.

You will maintain client relationships, produce monthly reports, and implement effective communication tools. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage client stakeholders and teams.
• Proven ability to plan, monitor and report on scope, schedule and budget.
• Knowledge of NEC contract administration or similar framework is desirable.
• Ability to operate in regulated environments and deliver excellence.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
• Manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
• Maintain communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
• Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers, etc.
• Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
• Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others, and ensure objectives are met.
• Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
• Constantly pursue performance improvement.
