Job summary

Aureos are seeking a Planning Manager to join our growing team in Laindon. You will lead the schedule management function, coordinating project planning across the sub‑business unit to support rapid growth and cross‑functional delivery.

The role requires Primavera P6, MSP, TILOS, Power BI, and a degree; you will develop planning capability, provide training, review programmes, and drive continuous improvement across Infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience with industry standard planning tools and methods.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost reporting and programme controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project planning team across Infrastructure projects.
• Review and manage contractual schedules and compensation events.
• Provide timely, accurate planning reports and EOT support.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
