Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking an Associate Director to lead and shape major infrastructure programmes. You will guide cross-functional teams, align with client strategies and drive delivery across complex projects.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on infrastructure projects/programmes.

Practical understanding of CDM and applying it across teams.
Ability to anticipate client challenges and provide sustainable solutions.
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and promote collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple disciplines, teams, and client relationships across projects.
Ensure health, safety and wellbeing for teams; apply CDM principles.
Develop and mentor junior staff; promote best practices across the business.
Drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Maintain high standards of governance, risk management and delivery.
