Based in London with a hybrid working pattern, you will mentor colleagues, uphold safety standards, and drive sustainable, innovative solutions that align with client goals and broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on high value, complex infrastructure projects.
• Exceptional leadership, setting high standards and managing performance.
• Practical understanding of CDM and its application across teams.
• Shape future business vision and drive innovation and sustainability.
• Promote inclusive teamwork and a one-business collaboration mindset.
• Develop client and industry partnerships to transform performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across lifecycle of a broad range of infrastructure projects and programmes.
• Coach and mentor future project managers and leaders.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing within the team and duty holder responsibilities.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and drive strategic direction with clients.

Education

Degree in management/construction/infrastructure

APM/ICE affiliation

PRINCE2/MSP/MoP/ChPP certificate

CSCS

NEC accreditation
