Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking experienced Project Directors to lead delivery across infrastructure programmes. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and drive high-value projects from inception to completion.

Based in our London office with a hybrid working pattern, you will mentor future leaders, shape project strategy, and ensure safety and governance standards are met across the lifecycle. A track record in complex projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on high value infrastructure projects across the lifecycle.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance against these, using people and resources efficiently.
• Has practical understanding of CDM and can apply it across teams; has acted as duty holder.
• Shape the future vision and direction of the business, driving innovation and sustainability.
• Promoter of inclusive teamwork, building trust with empathy and a one-business mindset across clients and TT.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across lifecycle stages on a broad range of infrastructure projects and programmes.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, advisors, and stakeholders.
• Drive strategy, governance, and risk management to meet client and business objectives.
• Coach and mentor the next generation of project managers and leaders.
