Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Planner to join our Infrastructure team in the South West, focusing on water sector projects. You will deliver robust programmes from prequalification through to completion, collaborating with bid, design, commercial and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

You will shape project strategies, identify risks and opportunities, and drive programme certainty via effective planning processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering planning services on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Experience producing resource-loaded and cost-loaded programmes and NEC outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and programming for prequalification submissions, tenders and live projects.
• Develop integrated programmes including resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.
• Produce construction methodologies, sequencing strategies and planning documentation.
• Implement SIC and 5-Week Look Ahead planning to support productivity.
• Monitor progress, perform critical path analysis and provide recovery solutions.
