Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our Infrastructure team, delivering the AMP8 programme for Thames Water across the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and Thames Valley regions. You will lead multidisciplinary teams on schemes from £2.5m to £25m, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery while managing relationships with Thames Water and our supply chain.

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced Project Manager delivering construction/infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management are essential.
• Requires HNC or equivalent in a construction-related discipline and relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through to completion with focus on safety, health, environment, programme, cost and quality.
• Recruit, lead and develop project teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships across Thames Water, partners and end users.
• Manage budgets, commercial performance and risk using KPIs to monitor progress.
• Champion innovation and digital working methods, including A-Site and IMS.
