Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is recruiting a Design Coordinator for our Reading-based Water team, helping deliver major infrastructure projects across the South West. You will coordinate design information from tender to construction, ensuring timeliness, quality and client alignment.

You’ll work with Design Managers and teams to develop practical, buildable engineering solutions, manage interfaces between disciplines, and drive collaboration and value engineering across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Coordinate design processes from tender to construction on infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil design and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design from tender through to construction ensuring timely, quality information.
• Collaborate with designers, project teams, subcontractors and clients for buildable solutions.
• Organise design meetings and manage design information across project lifecycle.
