Job summary

Harken Search LTD is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the delivery of residential developments from land acquisition through to construction. You will oversee infrastructure and groundworks design across multiple sites and coordinate with Land, Commercial, Technical and Construction teams.

You will manage external engineers and stakeholders, secure technical approvals with local authorities, and ensure quality, compliance and value throughout planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• Residential development experience required
• Knowledge of infrastructure and groundworks with delivery focus
• Experience managing external consultants and stakeholders
• Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent) essential
• Familiarity with regulatory approvals and technical compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure and groundworks design across multiple residential developments.
• Manage external engineering consultants and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate approvals with local authorities and statutory bodies.
• Review engineering solutions for quality, compliance and value.
• Support progression of developments through planning, design and delivery stages.
• Work with Land, Commercial, Technical and Construction teams to drive projects forward.
