Job summary

Strata Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead civil and infrastructure delivery on major residential and mixed-use projects in London. You will coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, manage design through construction, and support planning conditions and infrastructure adoption.

The role focuses on high-quality technical coordination with a strong emphasis on project management, stakeholder liaison, and regulatory approvals within a developer/client-side

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential/mixed-use developments.
• Strong coordination of external civil, structural and infrastructure consultants.
• Understanding of planning and adoption processes (S38/S278/S104/S106).

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering delivery for residential/mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate external civil, structural and infrastructure consultants.
• Review highway, drainage and infrastructure designs.
• Oversee drainage strategies, SuDS and flood risk requirements.
• Assist with planning conditions and infrastructure adoption.
