Job summary

Razorblue Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will resolve monitoring issues, ensure stable core infrastructure and hosting platforms, and support delivery alongside the Cloud & Infrastructure Team Leader.

You will mentor Service Desk engineers, provide high-level infrastructure support, and contribute to disaster recovery and upgrade projects to keep clients resilient. "Hybrid" working is offered post-probation with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in advanced infrastructure environments and cloud/on-premise hybrid setups.
• Strong practical experience with backup and disaster recovery tooling.

Responsibilities

• Resolving monitoring issues for internal infrastructure.
• Ensuring core infrastructure and hosting platform performance.
• Supporting the Cloud & Infrastructure Team Leader in project delivery.
• Mentoring Service Desk engineers in infrastructure skills.
• Providing 3rd/4th line support to clients with complex infrastructure needs.
• Managing backup and disaster recovery systems for business continuity.
• Carrying out internal infrastructure projects for maintenance, expansion, and upgrades.
