Razorblue Group Ltd in Salford is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will resolve monitoring issues, maintain core infrastructure, back up DR plans, and mentor Service Desk engineers in infrastructure skills.

We operate a hybrid working model with a base salary up to £50,000, generous holidays, training support, and a collaborative culture that rewards learning and initiative.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to develop through external resources and peer learning.

Responsibilities

• Resolving Monitoring issues for internal infrastructure.
• Ensuring core infrastructure and hosting platform perform optimally.
• Supporting the Cloud & Infrastructure Team Leader in project delivery.
• Mentoring and training to develop Service Desk engineers in infrastructure skills.
• Acting as 3rd/4th line support to clients with complex infrastructure assistance.
• Managing backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity.
• Working on internal infrastructure platform projects for maintenance, expansion, and upgrades.
