Job summary

razorblue is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to deliver end-to-end implementation projects across on-premise and cloud environments in the UK. You will manage VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, Office 365, and VOIP systems while maintaining security and documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft qualifications such as CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, or VCP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation projects to our customers
• Create excellent documentation
• Complete project handovers to service delivery
• Implement new technologies
• Scope and plan successful projects
• Support internal training and staff development
• Mentor junior team members
• Troubleshoot and deliver high-quality solutions for our clients
• Work across both on-premise and cloud projects
• Support clients with cloud service configuration, Microsoft 365 migrations, server upgrades, firewall installation and security, VPN setup, and backup and disaster recovery solutions
