Razorblue Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Consulting to deliver end‑to‑end projects spanning on‑prem and cloud, including setup and security improvements. You’ll be hands‑on configuring cloud services, migrating Microsoft 365, deploying servers, and implementing backups and DR strategies in a customer‑facing role.

Qualifications

• Relevant networking, infrastructure and Microsoft qualifications (CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP)
• Microsoft 365/Azure management including CA, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manage
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure (public and private)
• VMware vSphere and Hyper‑V environments including replication/failover
• Experience with VOIP systems (FreePBX, Mitel, Gamma, Skype/Teams)
• Security capabilities: MDM, MFA, Email Filtering, Next‑Gen firewalls and antivirus
• Windows Server installation/configuration
• Storage, SAN, iSCSI, clustering
• RDS/RemoteApp and Citrix on‑prem and cloud
• Networking/firewalls (Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiNet, Draytek, Juniper, Cisco)
• Endpoint support for Windows desktop/tablet/mobile
• Strong communication, diagnostics, organisation and driven to learn

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation projects to customers from planning to handover
• Create clear documentation and handover to service delivery
• Implement new technologies and optimise client environments
• Scope, plan and train internal staff; mentor junior team members
