razorblue in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to lead on-premises and cloud projects, spanning Azure, AWS, VMware and Citrix. You will implement, configure, and support Windows Server, networking, and security across client environments, with a focus on reliability and documentation.

Qualifications

• Networking, infrastructure and Microsoft qualifications (CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP)
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365 including CA, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Management
• Experience with public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience maintaining VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments with replication/failover
• Experience supporting VOIP systems (FreePBX, Mitel, Gamma, Skype/Teams)
• Experience with MDM, MFA, email filtering, next-gen firewalls and antivirus
• Windows Server installation and configuration
• SAN devices with iSCSI, clustering, troubleshooting
• RDS/RemoteApp and Citrix environments (on-prem/cloud)
• Third-line network troubleshooting for Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiNet, Draytek, Juniper, Cisco
• Windows desktops, applications, tablets, and mobile devices
• Strong communication, documentation, research, organization and prioritization
• UK driving licence

• Provide internal training and mentor juniors
• Work on hybrid on-premises and cloud projects (cloud migrations, VPN, upgrades, security)
• Troubleshoot and deliver high-quality solutions keeping clients satisfied
• Collaborate with a supportive team through planning, delivery and handover
