Job summary

Dorchester Collection is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and secure our global infrastructure spanning corporate offices, data centres, Azure and hotels. The role involves hands-on management of Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, and 365 services, with a focus on security and governance.

You will lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, coordinate with vendors, and provide senior escalation support to regional IT teams while contributing to ISO 27001

Qualifications

• Hands-on data centre infra with Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, SAN storage and Veeam.
• Experience with hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, CA, PIM and SSO.
• Strong Azure IaaS, networking and governance capabilities; admin of 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Run, secure and improve Dorchester Collection’s infrastructure across corporate office, datacentre, Azure and hotels worldwide.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Lead on‑prem to cloud migrations and security improvements.
• Provide senior escalation support to regional IT teams and on‑call roster.
• Vendor and MSP governance to meet SLAs; project delivery end-to-end.
