Job summary

Dorchester Collection is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and enhance our global infrastructure across corporate offices, data centers, Azure and hotels. You will lead on-premises and cloud platforms, coordinate with MSPs, and drive security and governance initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in Windows Server, AD, virtualization, Azure, and network security, with hands-on experience in modern IAM and cloud governance.

Qualifications

• Experience running Windows Server, AD, and virtualization platforms.
• Hybrid AD and Entra ID with CA, PIM, and SSO experience preferred.
• Strong Azure IaaS and networking skills and governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Run, secure and improve Dorchester Collection infrastructure across offices, data centers, Azure and hotels.
• Manage Azure estate including networking, firewalls, VM provisioning and DR.
• Handle next-gen firewalls, remote access, VPNs, switching and NAC.
• Design and maintain Windows and mobile builds, device policies and security baselines.
• Administer enterprise email, file sharing, collaboration and compliance tools.
