The Role

You will be responsible for hiring IT professionals across Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to increase their billing. The position is primarily permanent recruitment, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The company is open to candidates interested in senior markets, including executive search, which they handle on a retained basis.

The Package

  • Senior Recruitment Consultants receive a basic salary of 30-40k
  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • Commission of 20-30% on earnings above a 6k threshold, including existing client accounts
  • Work schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
  • Formal training programs available for all levels of hire

The Requirements

  • Proven success in 360 recruitment with client acquisition experience
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
  • Experience in international hiring is advantageous
  • Currently residing in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to the office
  • IT recruitment experience is essential
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment
  • Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is preferred
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability and willingness to work in the office four days a week
