The Company

This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into mainly Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market listed clients, providing access to top-tier brands, with opportunities for collaboration across the business and international travel to meet clients. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic growth and strong client partnerships through communities, face-to-face events, and collaboration with the marketing teams.

The Role

You will be hiring IT professionals across Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The position is primarily permanent, but consideration will be given to candidates with relevant contract experience. The company is also open to candidates interested in senior markets, as they have an executive search division operating on a retained basis.

The Package

• Senior Recruitment Consultants are offered a basic salary of 30-40k
• Uncapped commission scheme
• Commission pays 20% to 30% beyond a 6k threshold, even on existing client accounts
• Work arrangement: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
• Formal training program available for all levels of hire

The Requirements

• Experience in 360 recruitment with a proven track record of acquiring clients
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in international hiring is preferred
• Currently residing in the UK with reasonable commuting access to the office
• IT recruitment experience is essential
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
• Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
• Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
