The Role

You will be recruiting IT professionals across Europe. There is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The role is primarily permanent recruitment, with consideration for candidates transitioning from contract roles in relevant markets. The Package

• Basic salary for Senior Recruitment Consultants: £30,000 - £40,000
• Uncapped commission scheme
• Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings above a £6,000 threshold, including existing client accounts

The Requirements

• Proven success in 360 recruitment with client acquisition experience
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
• Experience hiring internationally is preferred
• Currently residing in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to the office
• IT recruitment experience is essential
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
• Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
• Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days per week
