The Company

This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment firm focusing on international hires mainly into Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded, working with clients up to stock market listed companies, providing access to top-tier brands, collaborating across the business, and traveling internationally to meet clients. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic, stable growth, strong client partnerships, community engagement, face-to-face events, and close collaboration with marketing and events teams.

The Role

You will be hiring IT professionals across Europe. This is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The role is primarily permanent recruitment, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The company is interested in candidates willing to operate in very senior markets, as they have an executive search division working on retained searches.

The Package
  • Senior Recruitment Consultants earn a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000
  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings above a £6,000 threshold, even on existing client accounts
  • Work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home per week

  • Experience using LinkedIn for hiring
  • Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is a plus
  • Willing to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
  • Must be able and willing to work in the office 4 days a week
