Job summary

Fieldfisher is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join our global team. You will help implement the security strategy, manage risk, vendor risk management and business continuity/crisis management across the firm.

The role requires delivering policies, overseeing certifications, and providing staff training on information security. You will operate in a hybrid setup with a modern Belfast office and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Professional security management certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience operating under ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus or similar standards.
• Strong knowledge of information security concepts, risk and vendor risk management, and business continuity/crisis management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a deputy for the Head of Information Security.
• Develop and implement information security policies, standards and documentation.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage all security certifications to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Manage vendor risk by conducting security assessments of third-party providers.
• Manage audit findings to ensure remediation of information security risks.
• Develop and manage the firm’s business continuity and crisis management plans.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the firm’s security policies are adhered to.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on information security best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, threats, and security technologies.
