Job summary

Littlefish is seeking a Senior Security Consultant in the United Kingdom to lead governance, risk and assurance across a diverse client portfolio. You will act as a trusted security adviser, working with senior leaders to ensure risks are managed and compliance is embedded throughout the service lifecycle.

You will drive security leadership across programs, coordinate audits, and mentor colleagues while ensuring security outcomes translate into practical business results for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in security governance, risk, and compliance roles.
• Proven ability to manage security risks within large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27002, CAF and Cyber Essentials.
• Experience supporting audits and assurance activities.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Proactive approach with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead security governance and assurance across customer environments.
• Manage risks, controls, risk registers and remediation plans.
• Support ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and other compliance initiatives.
• Review changes and operations from security perspective.
• Produce security reports and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate audits, assessments and assurance reviews.
• Oversee third-party supplier security obligations.
• Support incident governance and lessons learned.
• Provide security input into proposals and transitions.
• Represent cyber function at governance boards and meetings.
• Mentor colleagues and develop security capability.
