Fieldfisher in Belfast seeks a Business Analyst to analyse, design, and deliver business change across the firm. You will work with stakeholders across functions, prioritising Finance and Finance Systems to align with strategic goals and improve efficiency.

You will elicit requirements across Europe, lead analysis of complex problems, create business cases, and document processes using UML/BPMN. The role sits in IT with emphasis on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing and documenting finance business processes using UML and BPMN.
• Experience on finance systems or ERP-related projects with collaboration from finance systems specialists.
• Ability to map processes and align them to supporting systems and data flows.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to deliver clear business outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
