Fieldfisher is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape, analyse and deliver complex business changes across the firm. You will work with senior stakeholders, legal teams and technology leaders to translate business needs into value-driven solutions.

The role spans major initiatives across legal practice and Business Services, focusing on improving onboarding, lifecycle management, compliance and client experience, while delivering measurable ROI and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analysis of large-scale, complex business problems.
• End-to-end BA ownership across multiple initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in business case development, options appraisals and benefits tracking.
• Demonstrated ROI calculation and value realisation.
• Excellent documentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of complex business challenges and articulate measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end BA activity across initiatives, aligning objectives, needs and delivery.
• Collaborate with Partners and Business Services to improve processes (onboarding, lifecycle, compliance, billing).
• Engage senior stakeholders to define, challenge and prioritise requirements.
• Document and improve business processes focusing on efficiency, compliance and client experience.
• Apply BA techniques to map current and future state and define practical solutions.
• Coordinate with technology and data teams to shape solution options and governance.
